Step One: The Consult Meeting All of our projects begin with a consultation. We meet with you and have the opportunity to understand your specific vision. If you have ideas but don’t have a specific vision in mind, we will work with you to turn your ideas into a reality. As your builder, we'll give you the perfect new house for you and your family according to what we've discussed.

Step Two: Design and Planning Once we have completed the initial consultation, we will provide you with guidelines and a clear outline of the steps to follow. Our clients will be connected with a Regina SK design team, who will partner with you to ensure we capture your unique vision for your custom homes in this new build. With our quality services, we can make your house last for life by buidling the home of your dreams from the start.

Step Three: Proposal When we have captured your vision, we plan an in-person meeting to ensure all legal requirements are met. In the Proposal Stage, you will have the opportunity to ask any final questions or make changes before we begin the home building process.
