So, to further our goals of providing a great property management service and ensure the success of client’s investments we are looking to hire a Construction Project Manager.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will take lead on the construction of our renovations, as well as managing our custom home projects, and our commercial projects. A Construction Project Manager will also work to ensure all our projects run smoothly and deliver to the highest possible standards for our clients.

A successful candidate will be able to use their extensive construction and project management experience along with their entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving skills, to improve our processes and procedures and manage our projects to their successful completion. All while being a positive representative of Leenan Homes to both our clients and our contractors.

Responsibilities

As a Construction Project Manager, you will have a series of responsibilities that include:

• Scheduling all construction projects.
• Leading the construction process and ensuring the project is delivered as per the agreed plans and specifications.
• Manage sub trades while holding them accountable for their work.
• Requesting quotes for upcoming projects.
• Delivering clear communication to our clients along with an exceptional standard of care.
• Enter project invoices.
• Ensuring the worksite is safe as per any relevant laws or codes.
• Overseeing and leading the General Carpentry staff.

Qualifications and Skills

Along with responsibilities, a construction project manager must have the following qualifications and skills:

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient and knowledgeable on all relevant software or machinery.
• Strong Organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• The ability to make decisions quickly and independently.
• Must have your own tools, vehicle, and a valid driver’s license
• Proven experience in residential custom homes construction and/or commercial construction

Hours

Flexibility between, 7am-4pm or 8 am - 5 pm. Monday to Friday.
